“Wait! but what about my son! we can’t just leave him out there to die!” – Freyda

In the frozen wilds beyond Dawnstar… a young hunter vanishes without a trace. His mother, Freyda, desperate and afraid, sends out a call — a contract for those brave enough to find him. Two will answer: The Dragonborn… and a seasoned tracker named Hulfnir.
But what begins as a simple rescue mission quickly unravels into something far more dangerous.
Beneath the snow, an ancient threat stirs…
The exiled court mage of Dawnstar has returned — and she’s not alone. With the ruthless Winter’s Bite Tribe at his side, she seeks to reclaim the city through forgotten powers… and summon the legendary beasts known only as Gehenoths.
Inspired by the cult classic Elder Scrolls Travels: Dawnstar, this new tale unfolds 250 years after the original. Old legends resurface. Time bends.
And the past will collide with the present in a questline that spans generations.
Three quests. One chilling conspiracy. And a battle for the soul of Dawnstar.

As an officially licenced Bethesda Mod, A Frozen Hunt will be avialble for perchase on the Bethesda Creation’s collection at the end of July!

Who is Freyda

From the frostbitten edge of Skyrim’s northern coast comes Freyda — a hardened daughter of Dawnstar, shaped by snowstorms, solitude, and the silent weight of survival. Once a quiet figure known for her steady hands and sharper tongue, Freyda is now a woman unraveling at the seams. Her son, her only kin, vanished days ago on a routine hunting trip into the Pale’s treacherous wilds. With the town guards offering little more than shrugs and empty promises, she did what desperation demanded: put out a bounty for a tracker — someone, anyone — to bring her boy home.
When the player arrives, she wastes no time mistaking them for that mercenary savior. Her words come fast and blunt, her eyes searching for hope and finding only delay. She’s worried, anxious, and quick to snap — not out of cruelty, but from fear that grows sharper with each hour her son remains lost. Beneath the harsh exterior is a mother clinging to the last thread of control she has left.
Freyda isn’t here to coddle or flatter. She wants answers. She wants action. And whether the player is the right person or not, she’s not waiting any longer to find out.
